Why do things always turn in to arguments yes he should of given credit to Rockstar games for the map but that's it as I am aware Rockstar games have no problems with it's content being used for mods.
Not yours, claiming it's yours, copyright infringement by releasing something for free that is part of a game you pay money for(aka piracy)... Download removed, thread closed and infracted. Goodday.
