hey guys, so i recently bought a used pc, specs:
    CPU- intel i5 4690k
    GPU- gtx 970 ASUS Strix
    ram- 24gb
PSU- 520 watts (cooler master thunder)
    MOTHERBOARD- MSI Z97 gaming 3

it is in a good condition and its previous owner wasn't a hardcore gamer or anything, so its not so worn,
My fps is lower than i was expecting, i get around 40-60 FPS on maps such as east coast, USA (default). settings maxed out.
i'm very disappointed by the fps count, so guys can you tell me if this is normal, or there is some sort of problem.
    thanks in advance

Seems about right for a system of that vintage, tbh. I'd average 60-80 maxed out, one car, with my old 4690k and a 1070.

Don't be disappointed it's performing as expected.

well that's true, but after a little digging i found what was causing the fps drop and microstuttering, i was using a DVI to VGA adapter, (i'm temporarily using an old screen), now i moved to hdmi with a new screen and the fps was like 68-80 on the same resolution
P.S: with the old cable the fps wont go higher than 60 fps even on the lowest maximum settings, so that may explain it all.
