    You will find you've g for that the wrong way around. While the original vw was designed by Porsche under order from Hitler, in the current day Porsche are fully owned by Volkswagen. Porsche don't make Volkswagen, Volkswagen make Porsche.

    the hoodline to me screams ford, the headlights and everything else about it to me scream opel. The worst part is, I've driven one of these and cannot place it. I know I have driven one of these because I was fascinated by that lip on the fender there and wondered how they could have formed that in mass production.

    I'll gamble with Kadett A.

    probably completely off. but it's all that comes to mind. this his horrible. Its more square than an opel, so it has to be a ford... yet I can't think of a ford anything which looks like that.

    I'd say that you are correct. You guessed close but the car in the pic is the right one. :p It's Opel Kadett A Coupe. The Coupe has different front end than the normal Kadett or Kadett Caravan and the Coupe is really rare so that's why it's tricky.
