H series tires exploding

Whenever I put 4 lug wheels on the H series the tires instantly burst. This also happens when I put 5 lug wheels on the Cabster. Can some one explain what is causing the tires to burst.

 

I don't think that 4 lug wheels should go to H-series?

In reality tires have load rating, it can be for example 325kg for passenger car tire (4-lug), if you put enough overload tires can blow up. Such happens in Beam too, so that is one possibility.

There can be various other reasons for tires to blow up, but I'm not exactly sure what it could be, however I doubt it is a bug, but then again you never know.
