Help me find thread on FPS improvement?

I remember seeing a thread on how to lower the settings even more through Torque3D or something but I absolutely cannot find it anywhere. (Trying to get more consistent framerates on my laptop (Quadro NVS 160m))

Can someone link me to it?

 

you just gave us your laptop's GPU, but what about its CPU? the CPU does all the physics calculations - in-game fps will suffer greatly from mobile processors.

 

I think that laptop uses some sort of core 2 duo, which might even be upgradable. IDK where that thread is.
