Solved help textures weird

I don't understand what you mean by "weird", because the textures look normal to me.

I did switch the frame but I’m pretty sure that doesn’t mess up textures

 

Have you checked whether the faces on the body are not inverted?
If they are correct, check the normal maps and the compression of them. Bad normal maps give those issues as well

 

it turns out that it was something up with the normal maps so I just removed them in materials cs and it seems to have fixed it
