Dude, seriously? It's a car from the 70's. Do you really need to be so obtuse as to demand an IIHS crash test of one before you believe that its unsafe?
In addition to what Opkraut said, in the 70's the car was at the end of its life, it was first released in 1955. This car is a tomb on wheels, they are many images on the web showing how dangerous it is to drive such an old car nowadays. It's told in the Citroen forums, I don't have to make proofs, just make your own research. Also, this is an Heolia Vendome, inspired by the DS, so if we find it fun to have it unsafe, for gaming purpose, then we'll do it. But this car is known also to fall in parts and that's why stuntmen and film director liked it, it allowed impressive stunts in car chases.
Will it have inboard brakes like the DS? If so, could you find a way to manage brake thermals with this peculiar setup?
Nice, Now We Just need One More Thing, A Volvo. (I Dunno why but I Need a square Volvo e.g. A Volvo 740 in BeamNG)
Ya know, I'm surprised there aren't more patience van pictures on this post. Y'all juts gotta be patient. It'll be out when it's out. Keep up the good work bro, love your mods, as always. --- Post updated --- I'm pretty sure he was kidding, bro.
I disagree on the DS being the best 50s/60s luxury cars (Cadillac 60 Specials of that era are much better), but that's a damn good mod.
In The Last Boy Scout, they blew up a '71 Riviera (which is also a waste), an '80s Mustang convertible, wrecked a Seville and a Town Car limo but the DS was only in 1 scene and nothing happened to it that I can recall.
