The folder is now located in Appdata. Open the launcher, click on "manage userfolder" and click on "open in explorer".

Wait, so what's the file path to get to my appdata folder?

 

C:\Users\(you)\Appdata\Local\Beamng.
If you don't see appdata in your user folder it's hidden ; go in the "view" tab of the explorer and check "see hidden elements".
