Why can't I apply plates on this vehicle?

 

It's not exactly a road legal vehicle.

 

In real life, you need plates, though. They still need to be registered.

 

I'm not saying that they should not have plates but most places and people don't put plates on ATV's - UTV's since most local and rural state cops don't care so long as you don't go on the free way. I'd assume they just say its a farm vehicle.
