I’ve decided to take the next step (honestly I’d call it a leap) in modding, and make my own new car: The Hirochi CCF2! Here’s some general info on the CCF2 (updated 28/12/21): - Name: Hirochi CCF2 (Compact Convertible Front engined 2 seater) or eCCF (electric variant) - Type: Compact sports car, pretty completely it’s own. - Years: 2021-24 - Price: £17k-£40k - Layout: FR - Engines: (oem) 1.6L F4 (Start engine), 2.0L F4, 2.7L F6, 2 eMotors (aftermarket) I6, V6 - Transmissions: 6 Speed Manual, 7 Speed DCT, 7 Speed Race Manual, DCT and Sequential (all with Left Hand clutches) - Trim Levels: Start, 190-4, 200-4S, 300-4TT, 230-6, 240-6S, Cumbria Police, Country, eCCF 280, eCCF 380, Off-Roadster, V6 Swap, Fully-Built 4 & 6, Stanced, Cup, e-Hillclimb CCF2 240-6S, then Cumbria Police, then Cup Folk, then Fully-Built 6 Shown. Here’s the Background of the car: The Hirochi CCF2 is a brand new sports Roadster, that was made to compete with cars like the Mazda MX-5, but does have some more premium trim levels to it. It has a very tech-focused interior, but Hirochi knew people wouldn’t like a “lightweight” sports car to be a tech fest, so it’s not got a mega centre screen, however it is very high quality feeling inside. It is a very similar size to the MX-5, however has a much shorter wheelbase and is 0.1 tonnes or so heavier. ---------------------------------------------- First progress update, go to the newest page(s) for the latest….: ---------------------------------------------- Here’s the process so far: Started with a Cube Then made a front bubble Then put that in BeamNG with a SBR jbeam Then added premature sides Then added a rear bubble Then added headlights then added rear lights Then added panel lines (was tidied up a bit) then added an interior bucket then made the rest of the chassis Then Jbeamed it off a K series (so modified it’s basically not a K series anymore) Oh and created a thumbnail for it View attachment 831484 That’s a few days of work, still got a lot to do. This is my first brand new car, so please be lenient
This is what I call a proper progress thread, now everyone is 100% sure that you made the model lol. Seriously, this is pretty cool!
This looks very very very very very very very noice. Engine options? i hope: I4, I6, F4 engines maybe?
I forgot cars like the GR86 have a F4, so maybe it’ll be a Inline 4 and a Flat 4 ‘special edition’ maybe?
