please don't abandon its one of my fav cars

 

even if you're desperate or if thats your favourite car doesn't really matter, it's only up to the modder's will to continue the project, he said he'll probably continue the progress of this mod in a year so what we can do is basically nothing but just stay patient

 

Make it yourself then
Same goes for Mr “I have no patience” then make it yourself and you’ll see it’s not as easy as you think

 

I know its not easy
but if youre going to give up well then people will be mad and sad
And i can make mods i have -1% experience

 

many mods have been abandoned or cancelled. most people simply go "oh well" and move on with their lives, unless the creator lets someone else finish it, or decides to continue working on it

 

i understand but ive been waiting for a year and a half so its sad to see it die

not gonna reply to anything, but I don't want to abandon it. Its just a huge project that I thought I could do while in HS when I wasnt doing anything. But since then ive graduated and started working full time, and finding motivation on my 2 days off is kinda hard. The mod is so broken at the moment that it would be easier to start from scratch, since ive improved in almost every aspect of modding since then. I'd like to learn to photoscan, and scan my car, (I do drive a 2002 outback irl) so I can get most of the models as accurate as possible, but the couple times ive tried to, the car is too reflective and it breaks the model. If i can just make a really accurate model to my liking, I know i could finish at least the second generation of the car, but 3 whole generations in one mod is outrageous and way over my head

 

well it still is a long time and i forgot about brutus

 

BeamNG is literally bein developed for over 10 years.
You waiting more than 01 year for this.
Could use that 1 and a half year to lear and help him, or maybe start your own mod?

I mean, you was born without teeth, didnt speak..
How did you lear everything you know so far?

Im pretty sure the mods developer wasnt born knowing how to model/render a car.

well i tryed to make a little trailer in beamng it was like a dolly and well it explodes every time so i jsut deleted it
