I discovered it after RoR had kind of died down, and when I saw that very first teaser with Cryengine I started internally screaming. I got the game after I discovered that my potato could actually play the techdemo with low enough settings, so I got it. Eventually I got a better GFX card so I could raise the settings quite a bit. I also managed to get a hold of a G25 wheel (which now has a broken brake wire so I swapped the brake position with the clutch and remapped), so now I'm pretty much happier than ever.
I was founded wreckfest (next car game) And I found a video named beamng vs next car game I look it and I fall in love with the realism of beamng
FailRace did a video on it. Been addicted ever since, finally got a CPU good enough to play it(ish) a few months back, signed up on the forums around that time.
Was looking for "free 3d driving games" back in 2012 or so, and found RoR. I played that for quite a while then saw a link to this website in someone's signature on the forums.
The Automation Forums....some fool I was on that forums almost got banned there a few times because of my spammy posts....but I have moved on from that and its all good
I learned about BeamNG when they announced it at the RoR forums. Been on there since like ... way ago.
i think i saw it on my recommendations list on YouTube by someone called Keralis in August 2013 and got it later on in February and it ran fine on my Intel i3 and Intel graphics until early December 2015 when maps didn't load but now I got my I5 and GTX 750ti
