How do I change vehicle parts?

When I opened the vehicle config I don`t see the tire removing option or swapping rims or alloys! Can someone tell me whats wrong!

 

Click on the plus or on the arrow, (should be one of those) it'll open up the sub-menu and should show the parts.

A screenshot or a better description of your problem would help quite a lot.

Wheels and rims are hidden a bit. Click the little plus at the front and rear suspension, spindles, and then you have your wheels.
Also, in order to get to the suspension, some cars have an additional "layer". In the D15 it's cab, the some other ones it's front and rear subframe.
It's pretty easy to find.
