How do I get Police man skin for Crash dummy?

I've went to youtube and saw some videos made by different youtubers with a policeman dummy skin (call 911 police dummy) and I wonder how to get it. I have the the passenger loads (I know how to use it) and Crash test dummy mod. If someone know where it is please link it and please let me know if its a private mod and I should stop asking on how to get it.

they are custom made by the youtube channel owner, its easy to do, go into the Beamng Dummy zip file, locate the "png" skin file, edit that file in adobe photoshop and safe it.
