Download the level zips from this site to your Documents\BeamNG.Drive\mods.

essentially, download from this website's mods page, put in Documents\BeamNG.drive\mods

that's all, don't extract. If it doesn't work, the mod may not be up to date, so don't go downloading 3 year old maps from the bottom of the forum
