How to change gauge needle movement?

    Hello,

    I would like to know how you go about changing the way the needles move on the dashboard. Specifically, since I made a modified 200BX redline at 9000 RPM, I would like to make it so that the RPM gauge on the dashboard will no longer be accurate to the RPMs, but will be accurate to the redline.
