How to make a mod?

    What programs are needed to mod? As i need help on making a car for the game, if anybody who is willing to help please comment.

    You need 3 free programs to start making mods:

    1. Blender - 3D modeling software to make the car
    2. NBeditor (found in game files) - used to make the physics skeleton called jbeam so the parts can deform
    3. GIMP - used to make textures, normal maps etc. so the vehicle will have textures on it

    Other than that, you just need to watch some YouTube videos on how to create car bodies etc. But beware, it will NOT be easy
