How to model the official vehicle?

    Hello I am trying to make a mode by modifying the modeling of another official vehicle, but I am not sure how to open the modeling of the official vehicle. What should I do?

    I know that it is made of blender. But I do not know how to open the dae file ..

    Take the .dae file from the folder, open blender, edit the file

    1. Open Blender
    2. Go to File -> Import -> Collada (.dae)
    3. Import it & start editing
