How to respawn in a map

Lets say I'm playing on car jump arena, and when I finish the jump and crash.
How do I get back to the start? do I have to restart the map or is their a re-spawn button.
(I am new to the game)

Also, Insert is vehicle recovery, and Home sends you back to the default spawn.

Sorry, where's the home button?

 

It may be on your keyboard, do you have a numberpad? It should be near the page up and page down buttons if you have one.
