Uh, what. The first GeForce card was released around 1998. Did you mean a 200 series card? OP: Don't play games at school, study English instead.
ehhh. lets just not argue over something like this :/, we can all see that this person was probably lying and/or confused on what he/she is doing. Example: No grammar, wrong forum, and says stuff about the laptop that he/she doesn't even know what he/she was talking about
Well, this is the page I found: http://www.notebookreview.com/notebookreview/hp-compaq-8510p-user-review-2/ "2GB 667MHz DDR2 SDRAM (1GB installed myself)"
So? I have a Toshiba Satellite L500-11V with 2GB of RAM installed. It came standard with 3GB. It's easy to lower the amount of RAM.
In my case, broken clip on one of the RAM slots. The laptop was being thrown out by a neighbour who had literally ripped it apart to get to the hard drive... The keyboard connector has come off the motherboard and the touchpad's flat flex cable is severed. I have to use it with a USB keyboard and mouse. (I actually use a Lenovo/IBM ThinkPad USB Keyboard with UltraNav (SK-8845)).
What. HP makes some really good workstation laptops, quad core i7 and Quadro GPUs... BeamNG will run fine on those.
Then please learn to communicate. This sure sounds like no HP laptop can run the game. Think before you post.
I am so tempted to get my hp laptop out and my camera to prove otherwise... --- Post updated --- first GeForce 2010? Nope. Nope. Even my 2007 MacBook pro has geforce graphics.
Sorry to be a smartass but games run like garbage on quadro cards. EDIT : I'm wrong... K6000(5000$ launch price): ~1-10% slower than GTX 780 Ti(700$ launch price) so it should be the same for laptop counterparts
