I’m losing it with this game. There're countless bugs ruining your work over and over.

That is basically what I have, and I can play BeamNG just fine.

 

I've got a G29, and all I can say is, unfortunately, keyboard/controller skills do NOT translate to the steering wheel.

 

You can, but you will need:
- The respective software so that the computer recognizes the steering wheel (this software is known as a software "driver"),
- The wires to connect your steering wheel to your PC/laptop,
- If the regular screen is too small, like my laptop screen, you might want to also plug your laptop in to a bigger screen, such as your TV
All I'm saying is, if you can drive well on your keyboard/controller, it doesn't mean you can drive well on a steering wheel, and will essentially have to learn some racing/driving basics all over again. That's what made me sad the first time I tried it.

 

Glad you got it all sorted in the end, but for future reference malding like this is probably not the best way to go about seeking help.

No, I meant driving in the game does help somewhat to driving in real life. You can carry some of your skills over.
