You know when you learning to drive how they have the red cones. I thought how much more realistic to print a side view and a back view of a car. Glue them on illustration board or cardboard. Then notch two cuts for them to fit on one another in a + Plus sign. (Like how early sprites of 3d objects where made.

Well it wouldn't have to be one time use... But the problem i See is that it would resttict the view by the driving instructor from the outside, and be rather hard to transport. Plus if it were made from cardboard it's not rain safe.

Maybe they could use aluminium when it gets bent or damaged you just bend it back into shape and put it back together.

plastic can be elastic... there is a reason that bumpers are made from it, i think its the perfect material for the job as aluminium bends and might break due to metal fatigue

The cost in the printing and the cardboard would be more than the cost of the cutout. I asked a close friend who tells it like it is. He said, "dog, I would just use cones" :p
It is really a very bad idea but original idea I guess.
