This is West Coast not Gridmap. Anyway try to clear your cache and check your mods, maybe one of these overwrite West Coast files.

 

Yes, they should perform a deep cache clear ASAP

 

- Check if it works fine in Safe Mode
- If yes, then it’s a mod/cache problem
- If no, reinstall game

Use safe mode dude... and don't install Russian mods... that's about all the advice I can give ya. I know with some Russian mods even if you run in "safe mode" they're not disabled because the actual core game files are being changed.

 

Open your mods folder, and delete all of your mods, or at least move all of them to some folder on your PC.

Deep clean cache

Then check the integrity of the game using Steam's "Verify integrity of game files" feature.

 

The game does not want you to play on gridmap.

 

Especially since that isn't Gridmap, it's WCUSA
