@IdoMichael28 according to your support report #15704, you do NOT have a "Drift O.Z. Steering Wheel" or it does NOT have its Windows drivers installed.

If you have that steering wheel, then please read its manual, find out how to install the Windows drivers for it and install them.

Once they are correctly installed, go to BeamNG.drive, open the Controls > Hardware menu. The steering wheel should be listed there, with its correct name, and with the "11FF3352" identifier below its name.

The wheel will not work correctly until you do the above.

    I checked your wheels' manual.
There is a button to switch between Xinput and DirectInput.

Try both mode, and see which one makes the wheel being recognized correctly.
Don't change mode while the game is running. Do it when the game is closed

    Link to manual if needed:

Your wheel does not look like this?

Can you take a photo of your wheel eventually?

Speedlink site is quite messy :\

Might have found the correct manual:
    http://www.speedlink.com/support/bin/SL-4495-BKOR_Manual_V1.0.pdf

So apparently, more than one version exists.
You have the first version of the wheel.
On their site, there are two downloads:

Make sure you are using the V1 one, as I suppose it's the one for your wheel (the other one says V4, which is another model I believe)

Also, are you sure it is PC compatible? On their site it only says 'For Playstation 3', it does not mention PC.
On amazon it also shows two different versions, one for PC, and one for PS3:
