Just reinstall your game, it would've already been done already if you had done it right away instead of making a stupid thread for it

If you have lost a game file, there is no need to panic. Redownloading the whole game works, but you can use this too and save some bandwidth: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2037-QEUH-3335

I’ve tried reinstalling the game a couple times before, it didn’t really do anything. I guess @Puzzle is stuck without a 200BX then...

That means your issue was not with the installation itself, but a mod (or your userfolder in general).
Reinstalling / Verifying the game does not touch that folder.
