Well, a stock 440 was "rated" at 375, but I have a family friend who builds race engines, so lets say at least 375

The prices have shot up over here too, 10 years ago a 1968-1970 that would've sold for 3000-4000 goes for 10k-11k and that's completely unrestored

Yeah that are still normal prices though for a unrestored one you can charge 30000 over here sometimes

People have used a few things, but a Vega hatchback FB_IMG_1493005830643.jpg window plug works really well, my dad's car in picture)

Dam nice project. I would love to do a project like that but with a Valiant charger. Maybe turbo charge a 265 and swap it in.
    They sound mean with turbos.

Only problem is even wrecks cost a fortune where I live. Supply and demand is a bitch!

It could be because of how much Chargers are destroyed in cinema.

One way to do it is to buy factory reproduction panels and lay them on a different cars chassy, stock car wouls be ideal. To buy everything new would run $500-$700 a panel

Ahh... What a nice Charger. A 440 definitely sounds excellent. Plan on taking this to the track once it is done?
