I had the same issue. For me it was caused by the FPS Trapez and everything worked fine after deactivating it

I was building a car and was wondering what the 2.4 was for and after looking at allthe different configs i realized the US models run the 2.4and the jdm ones run the 2.0. i cant believe it took me so long to figure that out lol. Any wai i found it really cool though that theres different motors for each market as thats a thing that happend irl with Japanese cars to and its a neat detail.

The game disables them at first but let's you activate them, this activates all mods you have which previously might have been deactivated

All of my mods were automatically reactivated, with no disabling occurring.

yeah there is a prompt that asks "do you want to disable your mods bc they are broken"
i generally always disable them and then reenable some

Stupid question but why aren’t there red indicators for the American models? I know the bx would’ve been sold in markets that require amber indicators, but we only have us and jdm versions for now.

Well, USDM 240SX also had amber turn signals

I probably should’ve looked that up but I just think having yellow squares on a red surface just doesn’t look good.

The Street Tuned variant has the automatic transmission lever but it is a manual.

Also, something I noticed on the Non Pop-Up Headlights: what exactly is the difference between the USDM Headlights and the JDM Headlights, if the USDM ones don't have the amber part being turned on as a marker light, in addition to it being a turn signal? Because both are exactly the same!
This is also the question I have with the Custom Headlights in the pop-up frame, seen on my favourite variant, the Runner! I literally see no difference between the USDM and the JDM versions!

And something else: the typical USDM marker lights on the bumpers don't increase/decrease their luminosity when they're on and used as turn signals at the same time. The red rear ones may change it a little bit but it's not enough and the amber front ones don't do this at all. It's difficult to tell the operational phases apart.

I believe the difference is the direction which they shine into

Nope, the Covet is also available in LHD and RHD and yet it doesn't have direction-specific headlights. Plus its lights are also available in both USDM and JDM, with the characteristic marker lights forming the basis of the former. So there must be something else.
