I appreciate your opinion, but sorry, I'm just not a fan of big slab grills like this.

I just think it looks a bit empty without the rectangular slats, they just fill the grill better.

As I've said, we can't do 7 as it's a trademark of the FCA:

Plus, the slabs would make it a bit too modern anyways, so it wouldn't work.

Funny you mention the badge, because I've got it lined up where I think it looks best: on the kink of the grill, very near the center of it.
Not much is left to do on the front, just the flared arches and splitter, then it's about done! (and I can get working around back)
Please excuse the awful emblem drawing (it'll be textured like other official cars are)

 

Loving this mod already. Wish there were more custom cars made by people & not just mods of official ones

I'll be focusing more on stock parts, getting them in game first before I move to the aftermarket bits. Remember the rear end is basically empty apart from the trunk, and I'll be working more there tomorrow, as well as JBeaming up the body and some panels to get it drivable(ish) .

I cant help but notice this with the C pillar of your model. I'll let the image speak for itself. The blueprint you had was a bit off the rest of the model looks great, will the Hopper engine models be utilized with this mod? or will it be using different models, I don't know if this question has been asked before but it doesn't hurt to try.

That model does have WAAAY too many slots though. They have 7 slots usually unless custom. But hey its your mod so make it how you want. Since were talking about grills consider a wagoneer grill

 

He purposely chose to put a lot of slots so it doesn’t run into any copyright problems.
Also if you are planning to make this skinnable you should make a border patrol skin (kind of like the d series).
