yes, this will be the last bodystyle I plan to add, featuring a slightly different roofline from the hardtop and featuring a full B pillar and framed doors will probably do a different rear fascia as well

That’s because they’re completely different vehicle types…? Think of real life. It shouldn’t be this hard to figure it out.
There were six body styles for the AMC Eagle, and guess what? They’re all AMC Eagles! The Concorde, and to that extent, Hornet, share bodies with the Eagle, yet they’re different cars! Weird, huh?

 

So, by your logic, the ETK 800 sedan would have to be "separate" from the wagon, just because they're different body styles, not because they're literally the same car as a base. The reason why both the D and H series share a chassis and drive-train is because in the real world, it saves on costs on having to develop a totally different chassis for something that isn't a pickup truck. The Claria isn't that. It's literally what the others have been saying. To add another perspective, look at the Holden Commodore, or the Cadillac CTS. Both offer different body styles, but they're all ultimately fall under the same model name.
