Re: Ibishu Covet MRi I completely agree, but imbeciles are everywhere on the internet. While people should read your first post, it most likely won't happen. Welcome to the internet.
Re: Ibishu Covet MRi This is looking insane Reminds me of the good old days, when these little beasts have been tuned like that by the manufactor. (Renault 5 Turbo for example). Keep it going like that
Re: Ibishu Covet MRi Looks awesome man. Needs a 3in exhaust with a sexy muffler lol. Your going to have to remake the exhaust anyways
Re: Ibishu Covet MRi Hmm, Very nice mod, Dkutch! If you dont mind me asking, why didnt you keep the original and sport wheels as an option, as well as the sport, rally, and stock coilovers? (I know its not hard, as ive done it already myself, just curious.) Also, the radiator could use some tweaking in terms of detail and deformation. Aside from these minute faults, wonderful mod! (Also love the tweaked Moonhawk Mags on your turbo. )
Re: Ibishu Covet MRi The reason I don't have the original coilovers is because the motor's in a completely different place. That renders all the old spring rates and such useless, unless you want it to drive like butt-hole. I plan to tune a rally suspension for it, probably a turbo suspension as well. EDIT: Tweaked the rear fender flares to look better:
Re: Ibishu Covet MRi it looks so beatyfull, cant wait to hit the final release in roads and rally tracks, are you making difference version of it like rally-ed, track-ed etc. i would love B-Group rally version like renault maxi 5 turbo, one of the beast but veery difficult to handle, you know why
Re: Ibishu Covet MRi Personally I think it drives nicely with the sport shocks. Take the spring values for the old rear and put it in the front (due to the similarity of weight, although I stiffened it up a tad and lowered the precompression) and the old values from the front to the rear, and it is quite fun to drive, especially with the wide body wheels. (also, is there a N/B for the rear flares, or are you simply making them aesthetic?)
Re: Ibishu Covet MRi I changed the front size and color, in hopes that some of you are in fact literate.
Re: Ibishu Covet MRi Where's the download, I look at the OP and see nothing. Read it though several times. Über ninja before posting edit: I wasn't on the first page. Apparently, even though the OP shows up on every page, attached files do not.
Re: Ibishu Covet MRi Dont kill me for modding this, but i think with your fender flares, a bumper more like this would work well. (Ignore my terribly sloppy extrude...) (POTATO SETTINGS FTW)
Re: Ibishu Covet MRi Personally I think you have too much flare going on. Looks a little ugly. Cut it down some. The whole quarter panel does need to be flared.
