This mod is great, but i have one problem. Why does my game freeze completely whenever i select "Okudai Rear Bumper" in the parts selector?
Great mod! I actually tried it out, and contrary to all the screenshots it doesn’t look like a D-Series in-game at all! (surprising) Just one question, why is the sound muffled everywhere except inside on the MR Turbo configs? I’m guessing it’s supposed to be a realistic simulation of how the engine is right behind you and it’s closer to you when inside rather than when outside. Neat.

i love this mod but there is one slight thing, the exhausts, when changing it to a race muffler for example the noise doesn't increase, which ofc i might be wrong and its just an exhaust tip option
Just downloaded this mod since I was recommended it while trying to find some mods to remake Marty's Toyota from Back To The Future, I loved the config you made for this mod! Absolutely perfect! As a question, will you be making an "extended" cab variant of the Covup? Just asking since in the film Marty's Toyota SR5 has the slight cab extension. And also, I think the logo on the tailgate in the film had silver letters so that could be a suggestion as a skin variant (Colorable tailgate indented letters). 31" tire scrubbing a bit on bed fender.. I use 225/75R15 instead. Awesome mod, Its just as capable as D-Series on 33s with mild lift..
Looks like you had a previous mod version before, did you remove it AND clear cache before installing the release version?
Yes. I removed it before i even installed this version. I have restarted the game multiple times and cleared the cache. I will try again. It worked. I guess it did not work last time. Thanks!
Hey everyone, I'm home again and I've started working on bug fixes and improvements. What I've done so far; -2.8L Custom config uses rear independent suspension with 5 lug hubs, those have a halfshaft slot which I forgot to remove, which caused the game to freeze -Okudai rear bumper had a mudflap slot which I forgot to remove, which caused the game to freeze -Apparently the MR Turbo Box config was missing its rear doors.. -Front suspension doesn't quite like drift steering, I'm still working on this but it should be better. -Front off-road suspension was missing the optional power steering part There's plenty more bugs and issues I've got to fix before I release an update - it would most likely just be a QOL/bug fix update without new content. Besides the issues, I'm very glad to see that this was very well received and reviewed! Thank you!
I'm not dead, have a (new) rack and snork. I've fixed a whole lot of bugs and done many improvements. Recently I realized the suspension types I've added we're quite overweight, so I've improved that and it did change the handling, but it should be more realistic (and accurate) now. I'll be finishing things up and get this update out soon! (join the Discord, I'm more active there)
Nice update! but still with the same front suspension problem that i asked a few updates ago, i know that this update isn't even released yet but just wanted to remember that problem.
