This mod is superb. If its career compatible i will make this beast my daly. Plus as you can see my photo is the limited eddiont touring model Ibishu mirena *I like this mod more than any other repo mods*

 

bug report:
fog lights aren't working even if this car does have them
(I know this could be a forgotten feature but I'd better report this.)
and something about Chinese market version:
Both description and trunk lettering are written in traditional Chinese.I know you might only learnt traditional Chinese and moreover,most people from mainland China also can read traditional ones fluently,so description doesn't have any problem.But the trunk lettering are written in traditional Chinese,which isn't suit for China mainland's expression custom.Nowadays there are only 3 regions remain using traditional Chinese:Hong Kong,Macau and Taiwan.While simplified Chinese are widely used in China mainland and Singapore.
The size of the Chinese trunk lettering"美莲娜“also a little bigger.And the font is a little bit...dull.

All in all my suggestion is to change the trunk lettering.You can PM me to discuss this.

I am very sure that it can do cargo loads in the trunk as well as the backseat, the only thing I could come up with not being "vanilla" enough would be the mirrors.

 

Just had a quick spin in the updated car. The 5.0 AWD is simply the best car to drive in the whole game: kudos for the best steering that you can experience today in BeamNG. Devs should just copy and paste it on some vanilla cars like the Scintilla or the base ETK 800.
I can drive the Mirena V8 AWD with any electronic aids with a minimum effort considering the power reserve of the car. Just brilliant!
Unfortunately, the RWD models lacks a lot of grip, even the base V6. Maybe you can improve this, but in any case, my noisiest applause to @Angry_Bird for this amazing job.
Expect an enthusiastic test drive on my channel in the next weeks.

 

I agree with the RWD sometimes lacking grip which is why I have put sport plus tires on most RWD configs (except the 3.5 SE) and not the AWD configs (except the 5.0 V10 one), also lowered the minimum threshold where the stability control will kick in.

Btw are you using the zip file with the "_REPO" suffix (as "angry_bird_ibishu_mirena_REPO") and not deleting the old "angry_bird_ibishu_mirena" zip file?

 

Yes! I kept it because when I read that you would have put ETK 800 elements on the steering I thought you were speaking on the mechanical part, not the steering wheel. So I didn't delete it because I thought there would have been differences in driving feel between the "old" Mirena and the updated one.

 

Don't worry I only used the bits of the 3D model not the mechanical steering though, use the new one btw and delete the old one as the new one has a stronger ESC on the RWD handling.

 

Yeah, I tried also the RWD model. It's a lot better than the 4-cyl ETK 800 with half the power.

 

@Angry_Bird Hi! Can you add the drag config I made? (change the extension to .pc)

 

Minor addition to the dash's display, I would add the speedometer as well but only for GTz variants.

Also I have done adding other decals such as TCS, ESC and watertemp overheating.

 

Sorry if I'm being blind and/or stupid but where is the download for the one with hell raisers engine?

 

He hasn't finished the sounds yet which I will wait for him and then put the version with his sounds.

Working mirrors + Some UV remap on the ETK bit of the steering wheel (to make some of the handle becomes chrome/silver) + Rider camera!

 

you should add a DOHC 2.0 i4 because this car looks alot like the mazda protege and i always wnted something like it in beamng

 

I consider that this isnt a grip lack, this is a suspension caused oversteering..

@Beam_Bot If you are planning to make a short from the Ibishu Mirena, please do so with the file ATTACHED in the post not the repo version as the repo updates are suspended right now as you know.

My recommendation of the short would be the soundtrack as the Ghetto Bird by Ice Cube if you are to feature the Ibishu Mirena mod, preferably having it in a chase.
