I have 3.47 available... Before was the same amount of ram, but it was only a minor error... Now switching to 64 bit gives me a critical error.

What specs does your computer have? What OS do you run (more importantly, what amount of bits?)

My OS is windows 10.. I have an AMD Radeon HD 8.4k R3, my computer is 64 bit... Anything else I need to say? (Wow I'm terrible at finding specs in my computer) Oh and my cpu is AMD A6-5200 APU with radeon hd graphics.

That's the problem.. You have less than 4GB of available RAM somehow.
64-bit makes sense when you have more than 4GB, as it is not limited to that like the 32bit programs.

Find what program is taking all the RAM and kill it. The game will run automatically in 64-bit if more than 4GB of RAM is available.

I can't verify that this is true for BeamNG.drive right now, but: In my experience having less than the required amount of available physical RAM isn't always the end of the world as long as Virtual Memory is setup correctly in Windows. The system must have adequate free HDD space and "Automatically manage paging file size for all drives" should be turned on. You might want to check that.
