Just wondering if you have checked out the "waypoints" lua mod this would be easier to mark them out and have the AI do the "dirty work"...

Did the same but with a van and the outcome was nearly identical for in game and real life

I know how to make more then 1 camera angle. This is how you do it spawn a couple of barrels and put the barrels where you want the camera then press control 1 when your on each of the berals then move the camera to where you cant see the barrel but see the car then when you go to crash start the car going foward and then switch between barrels.
