WIP Beta released Insane Testing v0.1 .

Not that I noticed but I will look harder.

EDIT: I just spent an hour screwing around in the map and saw no issues with textures
or anything for that matter. To be honest this is the first time I've run this map and unless
people are getting confused by the areas with the old grid texture I don't see anything weird.

 

i think it is cause i downloaded from attachments and not download button, trying now

no mods seem to work so I'm re-installing winrar

 

Use 7zip http://www.7-zip.org/ although I can't see this being a problem for mod installs, Are you downloading the mod files and putting them in your documents/beamng.drive/mods folder?
Also I notice you have 3 downloads of the same file hence it says "Insane_Testing (2).zip" try deleting old downloads so you don't get confused.

 

yeah, but that's not the problem, most other mods work, but for this it says unexpected end of archive and even without extracting it doesn't work in game, meaning that the download fails, I'm fairly sure this is on my end as others aren't having this problem, and that's a shame, i love this map and miss playing it.

 

Could you please add back the pillar drop, spike pit, all the other sorts of holes, speed crash tests and some of the other stuff that were removed in the next update? I really miss them now

 

I like this map but I liked the 3 section bridge

 

How do I get it to work? I downloaded it and put it into the mod file and nothing..

 

I just installed it on a fresh install and seems to work just fine so not sure why it's not working for you, Have you bought the game? or downloaded it from a third party site?

wne i use this mape the d15 truck gets a matte paintjob for no reason

 

I love the look of this map and I downloaded it but it wont work. Insanegaz would you be able to update this map so everybody can enjoy it from 0.5.X.X onwards.

 

It still works in 0.5.2.1 so not sure why it's not working for you.

 

Do i have to delete either cache 0.5.1.2 or 0.5.2 for it to work. I also tried clicking on the zip folder of the map and it wouldnt open. That may be the problem. Ill try deleting and reinstalling tommorow when i have time.

do i need to clear da cache after installing update 0.5.6.0+?

 

A new cache folder is made for each update, it should be clean by default.

 

its in the mods, not in the maps...

 

That is because the map is outdated. Don't you see in red, Updated 4/08/15? That was over a year ago! Mods get outdated, so don't try to look at the backs of these mod forums, because they can either brake the game or not show up.
