Intel i7 4770k or Amd fx 8350?

I would recommend the 4770K. Its just plain better

 

Never use AMD unless you can't afford anything else.

I'm just going to say you're probably 12-16 and and just don't know what you're talking about.

 

I'm above the age of 16, not that it matters or is relevant to this discussion. AMD CPUs are slower for the price; check the benchmarks.

Go from chess to simulators to RTS games to Call of Duty to Angry Birds… Funny how it works out. I still enjoy Angry Birds on a car ride or something or Call of Duty at my friend's house, but they don't exactly get the gears turning.

 

And the whole never buy them. AMD has a history in the price/performance arena. It still isn't purely intel.. APUs in laptops as said above. Assuming they get their ass off the carpet they'll probably return to that. That big Blue tax...
