Why are you using such outdated techdemo? There is a new one released some months ago, try that (same link on the main page). Performance change a bit since then..

For the double post, Just press the post button ONCE. If you keep pressing it, it will start sending multiple post request to the server ending up in double, triple, etc posts.
Also, the techdemo doesn't need to be installed. IIRC it's just a ZIP with the game files in it, no installers or similar.

What I did step by step:
    1) Download the ZIP file
    2) press on "Extract"
    3)wait
4)Once WinRAR has extracted all the files from the folder double click on the .exe file.
    5) nothing happens.
I also opened a thread to ask help.

I have a question: How to change the thermal paste?
    Never done it before.

Take heatsink off of processor, apply thermal paste, put heatsink back on.

Why is it called "Overclocking an Intel T5450" when you're overclocking a Geforce 8600m?

    But Afterburner overclocks the GPU...
Even if you did the CPU aswell (wich I don't know since I coudn't be bothered to watch more than 30 seconds of it) you could've atleast named it something like "Overclocking an Intel T5450 and a Nvidia Geforce 8600m".

You computer doesn't have any thermal paste
    You can't install BeamNG
You get constant blue screens of death

I think your computer is toast, especially after reading of that fact your hit 129 C, that's enough to physically melt transistors.

My computer is phisically fine. It only happens when i use the browser. It can be an hijackware. So I will go ahead with a factory backup.

Oh, so you've taken your CPU out of your laptop, somehow got the metal shielding off and looked at it to tell us, that it's fine.
That's what you'd need to do the see if your CPU is phisically fine from the inside.

No, I didn't. But the motherboard is fine.
The PC can handle games fine, the only problems are from Vista.

Your PC is probably so screwed up that is not even trying :p

Those BSODs are probably because of your overclocking ...

Additionally in the video you clearly see that the heavy slowdowns happen when calculations are done = your CPU is too slow. And seriously overclocking a Laptop won't really help - it's just too slow for BeamNG.

129c is well above the absolute max rating for an Intel CPU. Its above the rating for an Intel extreme environment CPU. If its blue screening during factory reset. Chances are, you are suffering hardware failure after extreme overheating.
Or your GPU overclock is just unstable, mobile chipsets are not meant to be overclocked. See if you can get into the BIOS and restore it all to defaults.

I just mean "If" it will happen.
I didn't maked a factory reset because I was saving on usb important files.

oh, and the BSOD is happening from before the overclocking.
the computer was always fine up to when I tried to install Windows 10. For the first time the BSOD happened when I was downloading the Windows 10 insider preview ISO, so I think about a virus.
