Unsolved Is it possible to make terrain although terrain editor is gone?

    So I want to make a Saburban map with a city n' all, but 5-6 Months ago the track builder got an update and I don't know how to make terrain now. Will somebody please help me figure out?

    You will make map in World editor, that opens with F11 key, track builder is for different purpose.
