Is there a fix to this render distance/quality?

    So I've found posts before that talk about ways to fix the render distance or quality, I have the game maxed out and my GPU settings set to help boost it, but this seems rather poor, i've noticed some render issues in official videos, but not like mine is.

    Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
