Is there a way to make a car mod without blender or sketchup?

As the title states, I want to know if you can make a model without blender or sketchup.

 

Yes there are many 3d modeling programs that you could use to make a 3d model, but blender is the best option since it free and extremely powerful if used correctly. No matter what program you use you will need to put in the hours to learn the program and learn how to 3d model.
