    If you could somehow shrink the size of the cab down you might be able to make a medium-duty variant of the T-65/75.

    Perhaps even name it the T-45/55 (After the Chevrolet Kodiak/Topkick Trucks.)

    It has suspension from the D-series, both front and rear.

    Replace the frame with a H-45, shrink the cab, have the box upfit fit correctly and you'll have an amazing Medium-Duty truck.
