Yeah I hope it doesn't take to long, because it was already checked by Car_Killer (who found the error that caused all missions to be gone)

 

just randomly I found this idk what's going on but there are small and big spots all over the map some disappear when you get close others do the opposite idk what the problem is. (also I tested normal Italy and it doesn't do this)

I fixed the oil issue. It will be in the next update (but maybe I'll include a little easter egg )
