Its not very accurate. It looks like you just made a gradient and drew on some lines. Good try though, it looks okay

 

So I installed you jp skin for the roamer, I did the auto install method, but it doesn't seem to be showing up in game. I've installed it and uninstalled it a couple of times and still nothing. Any suggestions??

Hmm you're correct, I don't think I'll bother fixing this skin as someone else created a much better version of the tour car skin (but I can't seem to find it on the forums or repository any more... :/ )
Although, if someone does want to fix/improve this skin, be my guest, and I will be more than happy to help/update the resource accordingly

I will set the status of this skin to outdated, for now (at-least until I get round to updating it).
