Hey guys New update to let you know how the dev is going. First of all, I hope all of you are doing great. About the pack: I'm currently working on new parts for the Vivace (e.g. spoilers for more realism). Also still trying to fix the bug with the Vivace's windows but I have no more answers from the BeamNG Dev Team. I currently have 2 working and finished rally stages on ECUSA and I'm creating some more on WCUSA. Also trying to implement some RX stages but I'm really struggling because of the AI lol (going straight in most turns). If you guys want to help me dev some stages, just DM me on Discord: @mike_gread Thanks everyone for following this project! Good day Byebye #KB43VER KILL ALL TIRES
Мan, its looks cool! --- Post updated --- я whink You I think You should put these problematic textures in a separate zip. Instability is worse than missing 1 skin.
Sorry, idk why but my browser is showing parts of your reply in Russian I think... I can't really understand everything, sorry But I got the part about the separate zip for the windshield textures, I'll try to implement that soon! Thanks a lot
Guys! I Have good news for all us!!! I noticed that if you remove the info files from the pickup and Vivas (those that contain overclocking, derby class, etc.), the bug will disappear! and you don’t even have to remove glass textures or unfinished parts from the pickup truck! Of course, it’s sad that the configurations will not have a description, but the mod will be almost complete! I apologize for my English. Merry Christmas!
Hey mate Thanks for the information Could you please tell me exactly which info files did you remove? Thanks EDIT Mate, you just found the issue and... I got the fix! So basically I had left the line "year" in each info file for pickup and vivace, which was causing issues with the game engine. After removing those lines, I can now say that everything is working great and smoothly and... the bug is gone! Going to upload the new mod soon, probably tomorrow. Thanks a lot once again, Seryy52! --- Post updated --- Hi everyone Hope you're all doing great in this end of 2023 Got some exciting news for you guys! First of all, thanks to Seryy52, the "speed-up" bug seems to be now solved. Thanks a lot to him for finding the issue! The new version (v0.6) of this pack now includes the fix for this problem. Second of all, as you read just before, v0.6 is here! I'll let you check the changelog, but a bunch of new cool stuff (11 new vehicle configs, custom parts, custom props, missions...) have been added. It's not perfect, far from there, but it mostly works fine! If you guys spot any issue with the pack, please let me know! Enjoy, and see you in 2024 I hope! Byebye Nice day
And so with all new skins from Vivas. Have you messed something up again? EDITED False alarm! Everything is fine. For some reason textures don't load for a long time
Try to clear your cache, or reload the vehicle using CTRL+R (it says "loading texture" which means that your cache is probably full or overloaded... go into your BNG user folder: 0.31\temp\vehicles and delete the "vivace" folder)
Hi everyone! I hope you're all doing great I know this thread it a bit old now, but I needed to update this pack to keep up with the new dev quality! I also spent some time remastering the whole pack as I'm now more familiar with the tools and methods used in this mod. So, what's new? First, the remastered Sunburst! With v0.35 updating the old Sunburst, I had to switch to the newer version for better compatibility. The whole car got a brand new look, with a couple more configs and more details! The other rally cars also got a fresh look, with the complete remaster of the Vivace's configs (which also allowed me to actually make less but more realistic configs). A complete remaster of all materials that were previously used, including (but not limited to) the RX style brake lights! (all materials were remade from scratch to get better results) Finally, a first test of the new Rally mode with a remaster of the Rhum Trail stage on East Coast USA! I can't wait for you guys to try it out and give me some feedback! Please enjoy, and don't forget to have fun. Cheers MG
