For those wanting an R32 style Sedan or Wagon, in terms of the wagon or sedans go, just use the 88-91 Pessima with the KLJP mod which offers a Wagon version of the Pessima granted it's not RHD so you'll have to make due with that, there's a mod that offers RHD Ibishu cars that has a 4 door RHD 88-91 Pessima, and if you use the Pescoupe mod it gives you R31-R32 style taillights.
I do wish this sketch saw the light of day as I love the aesthetic but I understand why it wasn't done

yeah, that red car is a fully built Group A spec GT-R, for racing use only (it says in the ad somewhere it is not legal for road use too I believe) and bought by teams to be liveried up ect.. not sure if they would sell to a privateer, I suppose if you had the 50 million yen at the time possibly as for homologation, that was taken care of by the 500 'GT-R Nismo' models produced in 1990
For me, this and the Nishino Sunrise are different cars with similar styling. I could imagine both competing with each other.
One of the few times i log back onto the Beam.NG forum and woah!! surprised to see this thing again as I swear I remember seeing the original wip back when the I joined the forum, glad to see it is being revamped- and especially glad that it is being done by the very capable hands of the KLJP crew!! Just in time too, as I am kinda going through a skyline phase rn. Seems like no one around here has properly taken a crack at it and completed it, maybe its cursed idk!!! Anyways, getting excitement out of the way- I am curious to know what way you will go when it comes to the real skylines special editions like the 400R?
I am very excited for this, all of the other skyline mods are trashy and low-effort (and very outdated) I think this will be a damn good mod when complete.
fyi it is a bit rude to link to other mods in people's threads I am aware both Nacho and I are working on projects based heavily on GT-Rs, that said we both have different visions and ways of going about it, I don't think it would be fair that either us would have to stop development just because of the similar source of inspiration Basically I think it is best if people refrain from comparing the two projects, a bit of friendly rivalry is fine but stuff like 'x mod is bettr' ect is just disrespectful, does no one any good and should be avoided That is actually cool that you can appreciate both, honestly the best attitude to have imo
I am sorry I did a rude thing there, that was not my intention and I deleted it now. I did not want to say that one is better than the other, I thought it a good thing to notify the people who want a wagon or sedan about your mod which offers exactly these bodystyles. I find that both the Sunrise and Miramar are great in their own way and I am looking forward to enjoying them both once they're finished and released.
When I first saw this on discord, I KNEW it was familiar. I remember using this mod a very long time ago, and completely forgetting about it. Now that I hear the backstory on the first page, I know why it's so familiar now. Can't wait for this to be finished!
