Down below shows you how to use it pretty much (Area code) 01 = PRISTINA 02 = MITROVICA 03 = PEJA 04 = PRIZREN (where im from) 05 = FERIZAJ 06 = GJILAN 07 = GJAKOVA The rest of the plate is just random numbers/letters. Make sure that the plate has one space between the area code and the random numbers. "04 995-A0" and theres only ONE space in the license plate or otherwise itll look pretty weird.
