Last update causes constant crashing

Since the last update the game has just randomly started pausing with a message with a error message that doesn't show for long enough to note and did not make sense quoting some code line, then it makes everything reset to original locations with bad textures on everything. When I can get anything to drive properly it takes 1-2 seconds for response from the steering wheel and pedals to actuate the vehicle which makes everything completely undriveable. I have removed everything and done the verification check but this makes no difference. How am I supposed to get it to work properly?
