Let's talk about light

good topic, really would love to see better light effects (including lightbar environment illumination), because nights can be so stylish - with proper lights
I tweaked and applied almost the half of the effects in ReShade to get a decent setting.

Edit: screenshots seem to be darker than in-game
Edit2: oh and yes, I was listening to RomDiPrisco music from Hot Pursuit & High Stakes, while creating these pics
