License Plate Issues

Hello! I was trying to make a mod for a Colorado license plate, but something isn't right. I followed the instructions, and "Colorado" pops up in the list of designs, but when I select it, it shows the Virtual Reality plate. I have the files in the right place, so I don't know. I'll attach pictures of everything down below. This is my first mod, so I'm probably doing something wrong. By the way, the image says it's on my desktop. I had to copy and paste because I couldn't view that in the .zip.

You Didn't Rename the JSON, And Picture. Rename User, and Username to Your username. @wolfyrules123

 

No need to be passive aggressive. Just have some patience. Someone who knows what they are doing will come help when they see this, and have time to help.
