License Plate Problem, and because of this, game crashes and lags too much (I found fix for this)

Somewhere in 0.23.2 or 0.23.3 update, i got License Plate problem, on screenshot, i'm driving Ibishu Covet with black License Plates, and very hard lags and freezes that tries to generate License Plate, note that i'm not using any mods, they all disabled, i cleared cache, and checked all game files by using BeamNG's and Steam's file checker. I really need help with this, i can't play normally in Singleplayer with traffic, and Multiplayer. When i'm spawning like 5+ cars, Before this problem i'm getting like 60 fps. Now i'm getting 30- fps because the game tries to generate License Plate text, sometimes it's finishes render it, but game still lags too much, again, this problem is not appeared in 0.23 or 0.23.1, i really need help with this because of this problem my pc can really blow for no reason.

Update 1: Because of this problem, UI lags for no reason, again, because of License Plate problem

Update 2: I got suspicious usage on Memory, and GPU

FIXED!
So i found out how to fix this problem, First, do a deep cache cleaning, and then do Verify Integrity, but i'm not sure that this can disappear forever
